WIDE Angles

I’ve been enjoying the new lens because wide angles make landscapes and you can just take a picture of everything at once it seems. Here is a picture of the soccer game Saturday night.

New Lens and…

…a new job, kinda. I started interning at the school paper and my first assignment was this past Saturday was the women’s soccer game. I needed a bigger lens to get better shots of sports but with some creative cropping I got some good images.

This is one of the first images that I took with my new lens. I was doing some macro stuff and this came out pretty cool.

Just having a bit of fun!

I’m all for messing with a photograph when your open with the amount of editing that you have done. I for some reason was feeling a bit weird and decided to make the sky purple. I’ve heard of violent skys before, but violet?

A bit of perspective

I really like canid shots. Ones that people don’t even know you’re there when you take them. I do some posed portrates too, but just like shots of people being themselves without being bothered that someone is taking a picture.

I tend to take pictures very fast then ask about it later. Yes, I am a photojournalist, why do you ask?

Just a touch

I had some second thoughts about one of the pictures I took of my nephew and cropped and touched it up just a little and think I came up with something nice.
